Simon Hirsch Receives the EEX Group Excellence Award 2023!

The European Energy Exchange has awarded Simon Hirsch the EEX Group Excellence Award 2024 for his paper "Simulation-based Forecasting for Intraday Power Markets: Modelling Fundamental Drivers for Location, Shape and Scale of the Price Distribution." The paper was co-authored by Simon Hirsch and Prof. Dr. Florian Ziel. Simon Hirsch was supported in his work by Statkraft, for which we would like to express our sincere gratitude.
